My favourite piece of technology

Uuugh...let's see. I'm not a very technologic person. That's because I don't have enough money to buy some cool stuff... but I own at least three things that I consider important as student. I have a little notebook, my cell phone and a mp3!. It's really hard to say wich one of them is more usefull for me, so I'll tell you why they're so helpfull in my life. My notebook: I usually use it for my career tasks from the different class. I can download some material and read it at home or any place, or if I have to stay all night studying is very helpfull to have this tech. My cell phone it's also very important, 'cause I can see the notifications of e-mails from the teachers in case of any emergency (like: we don't have class today 'cause...). Also it's very important for me 'cause I can comunicate with my family and friends to know about them, in case of emergency, or if anyone needs something... it's important to receive information that fast nowadays. And finally...my mp3. I just can't live without music! music offers me a possibility to get some rest from the worries, the stress or even the long long travels to get home after class.

It's hard to say how long I have these three things...they've been with me a long long time (like years...many of them). I like them 'cause they're very helpfull with the things that I need. Life without them... I think it's very possible, but not as much as comfortable they are now that many people live with advanced tech.

the best concert I've ever been

The best concert I've ever been was like 2 years ago in Santiago, at Chimkowe "stadium" (it's a small place, not like a stadium, really). I was in my freshman year at psychology, meeting some brand new people and also met this band. The concert was close to the last months of the year, so I already met partners who enjoyed to listen to this band too. Tame Impala is a band that started not quite long ago, in fact they born as a musical group in 2007. Their style is kind of psychodelic rock or something... but the quallity of their musical work is just amazing. That night we were like 8 of us on our way to see this band, all of us from psychology but from different levels. I think that the fact that made this the best concert of my life, was the good quallity from the sound, their voices and the great performance.

Everyone that night was just enjoying the music as they felt they had to, and that was the coolest thing that I had as experience... we were all just one, all united listening some very good music. Later that night we went back to the apartment of one of the guys that went with us, and we enjoyed a great night drinking beer and talking about many things.

If you know Tame Impala, you surely share with me that they're very pro at musical terms... but if you don't know them, let me show you c:

PD: thanks Mister Rolandos for introduce them to me :D!

hi!

Hi classmates... My name is Paula Araya, and I study psychology. I really enjoy my career, I'm actually on my third year. I was born in 1989 and I'm 26 years old. Besides of studying, I have a job for universitary students. I'm a waitress in "cafe havanna" on the weekends, working 10 hours a day, 20 hours per week. Life as a student and a worker can be really hard, but if you love what you do, "then you won't work not a single day of your life" (I can't remember where I read this :c, sorry)
